Job Summary
This role joins the OT Lab team to process a large backlog of equipment and ensure smooth operational network performance. It's a hands-on system and network administration position emphasizing network troubleshooting, integration, and configuration within enterprise infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level support for infrastructure and business applications (servers, storage, and workstations).
- Plan, install, and upgrade network and system components to ensure reliability.
- Integrate software and hardware configurations to maximize performance.
- Develop and maintain installation and upgrade procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network/firewall and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams for hardware/software upgrades and deployments.
- Document workflows, configurations, and performance reports.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or 8 years equivalent experience) .
- 3 4 years of enterprise infrastructure or network/system admin experience.
- Solid understanding of operating systems, hardware, and network concepts.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, Arista, Ixia, Opengear, Raritan .
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
