Job Summary

This role joins the OT Lab team to process a large backlog of equipment and ensure smooth operational network performance. It's a hands-on system and network administration position emphasizing network troubleshooting, integration, and configuration within enterprise infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level support for infrastructure and business applications (servers, storage, and workstations).

• Plan, install, and upgrade network and system components to ensure reliability.

• Integrate software and hardware configurations to maximize performance.

• Develop and maintain installation and upgrade procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network/firewall and connectivity issues.

• Collaborate with IT teams for hardware/software upgrades and deployments.

• Document workflows, configurations, and performance reports.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or 8 years equivalent experience) .

• 3 4 years of enterprise infrastructure or network/system admin experience.

• Solid understanding of operating systems, hardware, and network concepts.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, Arista, Ixia, Opengear, Raritan .

• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.

• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
