This is a great position for College Students or individuals looking to get started in the customer service, sales support, or call center industry!

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from customers seeking information about our home improvement services
• Provide helpful, friendly support and guide callers through their questions and needs
• Schedule appointments for our sales team – no selling required!
• Maintain accurate notes and follow call-handling procedures
• Meet and exceed weekly call quality and appointment-setting goals
• Represent our company with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
