What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking information about our home improvement services
- Provide helpful, friendly support and guide callers through their questions and needs
- Schedule appointments for our sales team – no selling required!
- Maintain accurate notes and follow call-handling procedures
- Meet and exceed weekly call quality and appointment-setting goals
- Represent our company with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
