Freight Forwarder with decades of stability and success is looking for a responsible, dedicated, ambitious Import Coordinator to process international air and ocean shipments to the US.

Responsibilities include:
Documentation, tracking and tracing, working with Customs broker, updating status to clients, verifying release from terminals and agencies, notating financial transactions, resolving problems, and delivering to final destination as per terms.

Main Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ same experience.
Current with import procedures.
Communicate effectively with truckers, airports/seaports, overseas agents, clients, and all other business partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
