• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Worksite Location: 100% Remote
• Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
• Compensation: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

What you will do as the Immunogenetic Coordinator:

• Provide administrative support to a team of Immunogenetic Specialists who generate search strategy advice for Transplant Centers on their patients needing stem cell transplantation
• Manage work assignments through a structured process
• Triage intake of work requests received via email
• Review and organize any accompanying documentation
• If reports are uploaded with the request, consolidate them into a single PDF file to ensure clarity and consistency
• Log each request into a tracking spreadsheet for accurate recordkeeping and monitoring
• Once documented, assign requests to the appropriate team member, facilitating timely and efficient processing

What you will bring to the Immunogenetic Coordinator role:

• Bachelor’s degree in a biological science field or equivalent biological science knowledge is preferred but not required
• 2-5+ years of strong professional experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated professional experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, strong proficiency in Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
