HVAC Technician **Location:** UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS PARMA MEDICAL CENTER - 60718008 **Workdays/shifts** **_:_** Mornings - varying days, and rotating weekends. We will rely on your expert knowledge and technical skills to identify repair and replacement needs. By keeping others safe, your actions have meaningful impact. **Responsibilities include:** + Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems + Monitor HVAC systems and operations and ensure that routine preventive maintenance performs according to established schedules and standards + Respond to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issues + Check, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the system + Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity + Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. **What You Bring:** + Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all. + 1 or more years of related work experience. + Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.
