**Description** We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for residential service and installation work. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations of work performed **Skills** Hvac, Construction, Install, service, Troubleshooting, Repair, AC Unit, Furnace, Boiler, Installation, Servicing, Epa universal **Top Skills Details** Hvac, Construction, Install, service **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Required Education, Certifications, or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent EPA Section 608 Certification (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience Key Attributes for Success: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules Commitment to safety and compliance with local codes Professional demeanor and reliability Desired/Nice-to-Have Skills: NATE Certification or equivalent Experience with smart thermostats and home automation systems Familiarity with ductless mini-split systems Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Dolton, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
