1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for sales and marketing profiles.
2. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Understand job requirements and ensure suitable candidate fitment.
5. Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring progress.
6. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal teams.
7. Meet monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
8. Assist HR team in onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
