Our client a dynamic and growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen their HR function. As the HR Manager youll be the go-to leader for all things people compliance and culture. Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with all Federal and multiple State Employment & Labor laws.
Overseeing Workers Compensation policies and procedures.
Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
Conducting annual reviews of employee compensation and benefits.
Managing open enrollment FMLA and short-term disability.
Serving on the 401K plan review committee.
Designing and implementing employee evaluation programs.
Analyzing exit interview trends and reporting insights to senior leadership.
Mentoring and developing HR staff to grow capabilities and engagement.
Partnering with employment attorneys on compliance and policy matters.
Assessing organizational training needs and rolling out effective programs.
Participating in disciplinary and grievance processes with fairness and professionalism.
Youll report directly to the Director of Finance and Accounting and serve as a key advisor to senior leadership.
Our client is seeking someone with both strong technical HR knowledge and exceptional leadership presence. Ideal candidates will have:
57 years of progressive HR experience in an organization of 100 employees.
Proven expertise in FMLA and ADA administration.
Hands-on experience managing compliance across multiple states .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR best practices.
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
Ability to work onsite in a collaborative team environment.
