Descripción del rol:El personal de limpieza (Housekeeper) se encarga de mantener la limpieza, el orden y la buena presentación de las habitaciones y áreas comunes asignadas. Se busca una persona responsable, con atención al detalle y con disposición para trabajar en equipo.
Responsabilidades:
Limpiar habitaciones, baños y áreas comunes.
Cambiar sábanas, toallas y ropa de cama.
Reponer productos de limpieza y artículos de cortesía.
Reportar objetos perdidos, daños o necesidades de mantenimiento.
Cumplir con los estándares de higiene y seguridad establecidos por la empresa.
Mantener una comunicación respetuosa y profesional con compañeros y supervisores.
Competencias requeridas:
Nivel básico de inglés (obligatorio).
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo.
Puntualidad y responsabilidad.
Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender.
Competencias deseables:
Experiencia previa en limpieza hotelera o residencial.
Atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad del servicio.
Habilidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
