Clinical Manager – Hospice - RN

We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well-run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Atlanta, GA area. They are a family-owned organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family.

Our client is offering the following benefits:

• Annual Salary: $100,000-$110,000
• Health Insurance-Employer Pays up to 72% of Premium

• Mileage Reimbursement-$0.50 Per Mile
• PTO-80 hours in Your First Year

Responsibilities :

• Day to Day Operations, Activities, and the Patient Care Staff
• Oversight of Activities in Gwinnett And Surrounding Areas 
• Manages Case Management Staff
• Serves In a Leadership Role
• Receive Case Referrals
• Reviews and Evaluates Each Case
• Monday-Friday- 8:30 to 5:00
• Will Handle After Hour Call if Arises
• Will Participate in the Administrator On Call Weekly Rotation

Requirements :

• Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
• 5 years of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience
• 2+ Years of Leadership Experience in a Hospice or Home Health Setting
• 2 Years of In-Home Patient Care Experience
• Familiarity with EMR systems
