We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist & Switchboard position supporting Adidas in New York, NY (435 Hudson St, 10014) .
Position Details:
- Contract Length: 3 months temp with potential for permanent hire
- Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Mon Fri)
- Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
- Interview Type: Virtual
- Dress Code: Casual (Clean, denim and t-shirts allowed; no competitor's clothing/shoes)
- Driving Required: No
Responsibilities:
- Assist with conference room and event set-ups (chairs, tables, furniture).
- Assist with office moves and fulfill facilities requests.
- Provide excellent customer service at the reception desk and switchboard.
- Coordinate with the On-Site Facilities Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Background in customer service.
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated with strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Able to lift moderate to heavy items (assistance available for heavier objects).
- Comfortable with extended standing, walking, and moving furniture.
