About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High School Principal to lead our academic programs, staff, and students. The Principal will provide strong leadership, oversee daily operations, ensure academic excellence, and foster a positive school culture that prepares students for success in both college and careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide instructional leadership and ensure alignment with state standards and school goals.
Manage, mentor, and support teaching staff while promoting professional growth.
Oversee curriculum development, student performance, and academic programs.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the community.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and administrative operations for the high school.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and school policies.
Qualifications:
Valid Michigan Administrator Certification required.
Master’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
Previous experience as a school administrator, assistant principal, or in a leadership role within secondary education.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to build a positive school culture and drive academic achievement.
