High-Reach Stand-Up Forklift Specialist

A Day In Your Role

Navigate a stand-up forklift to move, position, and stack inventory throughout the facility.
Load and unload trailers and containers with care and speed.
Perform pre-shift equipment checks, document inspections, and escalate maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures without compromise.
Support inventory control activities and keep stock organized.
Work closely with teammates to hit daily throughput goals.
Keep aisles and workstations clean and orderly.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Current forklift operator certification/license.
Hands-on experience with stand-up forklifts (reach experience a plus).
Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy items and handle physically demanding tasks.
Clear communicator and reliable team player.
Flexibility to work various shifts as business needs evolve.
