McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Graphic Design Intern in Hunt Valley, Maryland located at the 24 Schilling Rd . This is a 10-week internship (June 1 - August 7, 2026) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range: $20 - $22

Position Summary :

The Graphic Design Intern will join our in-house Digital Design Team to create engaging, on brand creative that is used in various digital channels that aligns to brand and marketing objectives. While learning the in’s and out of the company and what’s best practices, this role will work closely with the team to support Designers, Copywriters, Content Producers and Marketing Managers, to produce best in class creative for the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create digital assets for product content, eCommerce, and the digital shelf.
• Collaborate with other members of the digital and brand teams on content development and participate in creative review meetings
• Meeting with partners throughout the company, gaining an understanding of their roles and how it funnels up throughout the company.
• Participate in companies internship activates. (ie. Factory tours, community service)

Qualifications :

• Student going into junior or senior year while in working towards Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Design related to role.
• 0-2 year’s experience in graphic design
• Detail-oriented, deadline driven.
• Flexible and positive mindset – internal deadlines move based on business priorities.
• Team player – willingness to collaborate with designers & copywriters daily.
• Open to receiving and actioning on creative feedback.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Willing to take feedback and adapt quickly according to it.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign), Microsoft Suite
