Job Description

RIGHTSTONE is hiring, we are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily warehouse and production operations in El Paso, TX 79905 . This is a full-time, 2-month temporary role paying $17/hour. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., and operate forklift. Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. APPLY NOW!

Shift Detail: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm  (Expect extended hours)

Required: Steel toe shoes

Job Description:

• Operate assigned machinery or equipment safely and efficiently as directed
• Perform physical loading and unloading of materials in a productive manner
• Operate material handling equipment (if assigned) to support production and logistics
• Conduct visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of required PPE
• Ensure machine guards and safety features are properly in place and functioning
• Maintain cleanliness and perform general housekeeping duties in the work area
• Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods
• Follow all site-specific rules, protocols, and supervisor instructions
• Complete additional tasks or assignments as needed to support operations

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Forklift experience preferred with ability to receive certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
• Must follow safety procedures and wear all required PPE (including steel toe footwear)
• Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail, especially during inspections and quality checks
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, walking, lifting)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain strong attendance
• Prior experience in general labor, manufacturing, or warehouse settings is a plus
• Comfortable working around machinery or material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
