Job Description
:
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js / Express.js (backend).
· Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
· Integrate front-end components with back-end services and third-party APIs.
· Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability .
· Implement CI/CD pipelines , automate deployments, and manage application hosting on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB) .
· Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
· Apply best practices in code quality, testing (Jest / Mocha), and documentation .
· Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and reliability issues using CloudWatch / AWS X-Ray / Logs .
· Ensure application security using IAM roles, Secrets Manager, Cognito, and AWS best practices .
· Participate in agile ceremonies , code reviews, and peer collaboration sessions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Frontend:
· Strong proficiency in React.js , Hooks, Context API, and Redux.
· Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and Responsive Design .
· Knowledge of modern UI frameworks (Material UI / Tailwind / Ant Design).
Backend:
· Strong experience with Node.js , Express.js , and REST API development.
· Familiarity with asynchronous programming , middleware , and error handling patterns.
· Experience with relational and NoSQL databases ( PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB ).
AWS Cloud:
· Hands-on experience with AWS services : EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudFormation.
· Experience with serverless application development and AWS SDK .
· Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
· Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform or AWS CDK) is a plus.
Other Skills:
· Version control using Git / GitHub / GitLab .
· Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
· Understanding of containerization (Docker) and microservices .
· Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
