Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

· Minimum of 3+ years in transportation-related sales or freight brokerage

· Established network and relationships within the transportation space

· Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business

· Strong understanding of 3PL, supply chain logistics, and freight transportation

· Passion for building and maintaining strong, long-term customer partnerships

· Proficiency in cold outreach and generating new business opportunities

· Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and collaboration

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
