We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join Rana Analytics, a leading management consulting firm based in Houston. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the company. Your work will directly impact the financial health and growth of the organization, making this role vital to our success in the competitive market.

As a Financial Analyst at Rana Analytics, you will be involved in a variety of projects such as financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Your ability to interpret complex financial information, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively will be key to optimizing our financial strategies and driving business growth. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OneStream framework
• Functional experience with EPM Systems (preferably OneStream, Hyperion HFM, Essbase, FCCS) or related applications
• Experience with Master Data & Metadata Management
• Working closely during the month-end close or planning forecast cycle 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of the financial close cycle, planning & forecast process, and functional support process
• Strong accounting and business acumen with a solid understanding of the financial business processes
• English: Excellent communication skills with verbal, reading and writing
• Possess the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Understanding of audit and regulatory requirements and the ability to track and provide support
• Expected to be available outside of normal work hours to support the close process
• Intermediate computer skills (Working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
