Job Description
We are seeking an Events Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate and creative events. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for organization, design, and client service. You will work closely with our event managers, vendors, and creative partners to ensure each project runs seamlessly from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Support event setup, décor coordination, and guest experience preparation.
Maintain detailed event documentation, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between design and event objectives.
Provide day-of-event support, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

OverviewPay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $16.66 / hr to $17.79 / hr, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
