Key Responsibilities (vary by role):

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the escrow and title process
• Review contracts, loan documents, and title commitments
• Examine property titles and identify potential legal issues
• Communicate with sales professionals, lenders, and buyers
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in title or escrow preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of escrow/title software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, etc.) is a plus
