Job Summary

W e are seeking motivated Equipment Operators to join our team and support oilfield operations. This is a rotational field position involving hands-on equipment operation, pre-job safety procedures, and equipment preparation. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in demanding outdoor environments. This opportunity is open to non-local candidates — housing and flights are provided, along with daily per diem and performance-based bonuses.

Job Description

• Operate a variety of oilfield equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use basic hand tools such as hammers and hand valves.
  
• Participate in pre-job planning and safety meetings.
  
• Assist with rig-up and rig-down procedures.
  
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any issues.
  
• Follow company safety standards, wear all required PPE, and uphold site HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) protocols.
  
• Maintain required safety certifications and training.

S kills Required

• No prior experience required — training provided.
• CDL or CLP preferred (driving is only 5–10% of the job).
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in all weather conditions.
  
• Basic computer skills.

Education

• High school diploma or GED;

Pay Rate

• $19 per hour and higher depending on experience

Additional Details

• NEST training provided in Kellyville.
• Dress Code: Business casual for training, functional fieldwear during field operations.
• Full PPE Provided
