Dermatology Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for dermatology and a sense of adventure. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality dermatologic care exclusively in luxury mobile units, serving patients across The Villages region.

• Flexible, autonomy-driven structure

Position Details:

• Coverage Area: The Village and Leesburg
• Setting: 100% mobile dermatology care
• Part-Time (2–3 days/week)
• Daily Hours: 7:30 AM to last patient at 3:15 PM

• Patient Load: Full schedule = 36 patients per day

Compensation Structure:

• Competitive and flexible, based on experience:
• Up to 20% of collections , or
• Up to $65/hour
• Collections = actual payments received by the organization
• High-performing providers in peak months: $55,000+ billed monthly
• EMR: EMA , with detailed monthly reporting

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license
• Minimum 1+ year of dermatology experience as an APRN or PA in a dermatology setting
• Passion for dermatologic care and mobile healthcare delivery
• Comfortable treating patients from teens through geriatrics
