Your Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside Assistance – Work closely with the endodontist, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
• Patient Care & Education – Prepare patients for procedures, explain treatments, and provide post-care instructions.
• Instrument Sterilization & Setup – Maintain a sterile and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are properly sanitized.
• X-ray & Imaging – Capture high-quality digital X-rays to support accurate diagnoses.
• Impressions & Molds – Assist with impressions for specialized endodontic treatments.
• Inventory & Equipment Maintenance – Keep supplies stocked and ensure all dental equipment is properly maintained.
• Administrative Support – Help with patient scheduling, record-keeping, and insurance verification as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (Endodontics experience preferred).
• X-ray Certification (State-required certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control.
• Proficiency in dental software & scheduling systems (Dentrix experience is a plus).
• Excellent chairside manner – Keep patients comfortable and at ease.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
