Dental Kidds is looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant to join our upbeat pediatric dental team in New Richmond, WI! Dental assisting experience preferred, as well as a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine love for children. Why You’ll Love Being Part of Our Team: • A playful, welcoming environment made just for kids • Supportive teammates who lift each other up • A chance to make a real difference in children’s dental experiences • On-the-job training and growth opportunities Applicants must have availability to work all shifts: • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM and 11:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: • Perform Pedo Prophies • Chairside assist doctors • Float assisting • Assemble instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area, positioning instruments for the dentist’s access, suctioning, and passing instruments • Educate patients by giving oral hygiene instructions • Contribute to team effort by helping where needed Qualifications: • Possess the ability to provide patients with excellent care and service • Excellent multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills • Basic data entry and computer skills • Dental assistance or schooling given preference • Experience with children • Articulate with great communication skills About Company: Philosophy We provide the highest standard of personalized patient care while having fun, creating an inviting atmosphere, and building a lifetime of confidence and healthy dental habits.
