**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** Join our team and work on construction projects performing essential general laborer tasks. You will be involved in demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to support the daily operations at a construction site. Your contributions will maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment, with a focus on general cleaning tasks. The position requires working from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime based on project needs. **Responsibilities** + Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, and digging. + Maintain cleanliness and safety on the construction site. + Use hand and power tools effectively. + Support construction operations with general clean-up tasks. + Adhere to safety precautions and guidelines. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience in construction. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + 3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting. + Ability to discuss and follow safety precautions in a construction environment. + OSHA 10 certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with concrete, carpentry, forklift operation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. + Familiarity with scissor lifts and scaffolding. + Ability to perform construction activities safely. + Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. + Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting safety rules and instructions. + Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret various instructions. + Must pass drug screen, physical capacity profile, and E-Verify. + Reliable transportation. **Why Work Here?** This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term company that offers the potential for growth and direct employment.
