Text "READY" to 81555 to download JobStack and get started today **Pay Rate:** _The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour*_ **What you'll be doing as a Concrete Finisher:** + Prepare work areas, including setting, aligning, and securing forms + Pour, spread, and smooth concrete using hand tools and power tools + Finish concrete surfaces using trowels, floats, screeds, and edging tools + Apply textures, patterns, or coatings as required by project specifications + Monitor concrete curing process and make adjustments to ensure proper finish + Patch, repair, or resurface damaged concrete + Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project plans + Operate equipment such as power trowels, concrete saws, and mixers + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE **Available shifts:** Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) **Job requirements:** + Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role preferred + Knowledge of concrete mixing, curing, and finishing techniques + Ability to use finishing tools and equipment + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods + Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions + Strong attention to detail and understanding of jobsite safety + Background check required **Ready to take control of the way you work?** Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today. *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
