Building Bright Futures! Brightstar is seeking a Computer Operator in the area of Madison, WI. This position requires you to be flexible with shifts as it is a 24/7/365operation. The position offers competitive wages and a shift differential. It is an intermediate-level position responsible for providing general technical support for the data systems used in lottery sales systems. This position requires on-site support of the data center. Data Center shifts are 10 hours, 4 days per week.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $14.00/hr – $25.22/hr. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
