Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Agent to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between our clients and their audiences, handling inquiries, and supporting internal communications with professionalism and efficiency. This role is perfect for individuals with strong verbal and written skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting brand communication goals.
Responsibilities
Handle client communications across various channels including phone, email, and live chat
Deliver consistent messaging aligned with company standards
Resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline messaging and service delivery
Maintain clear records of interactions and feedback
Support the development of internal and external communication materials
Qualifications
Previous experience in a communications, customer service, or call center role (minimum 1 year preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficiency with communication tools and CRM systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
