In this role, you will engage with clients across the country through virtual consultations, phone calls, and structured follow-up outreach. You will learn about each client’s needs, goals, and challenges, then guide them through tailored solutions that best fit their circumstances. This includes presenting clear explanations, answering questions, and helping clients feel confident in the decisions they make.
You will also manage a detailed digital workflow, maintain updated client notes, track communication stages, and ensure prompt follow-up. Strong listening skills, empathy, and a proactive mindset are critical to delivering a seamless and supportive client experience.
