About the Role:Join a dynamic OB/GYN and CNM practice providing comprehensive women's healthcare in a modern, tech-enabled environment focused on wellness and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic settings
Manage comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, and specialists
Provide Labor & Delivery coverage and emergency obstetric care
Assist in surgical procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Active AMCB certification
Current RN and APRN license in Tennessee
BLS certification required by start date
2+ years hospital-based intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage experience preferred
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
NRP certification
Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, or Lactation consultation
