Prime Location – work on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee with a variety of boats, from PWCs to luxury yachts
Diagnose, service, and repair outboards, inboards, and sterndrive engines (Mercury, MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, Ilmor, and others)
Perform electrical diagnostics, fuel system repair, cooling system maintenance, and drive service
Conduct preventative maintenance, seasonal commissioning and decommissioning, and winterization tasks
Troubleshoot and repair marine systems, including steering, trim, bilge pumps, electronics, and accessories
Use diagnostic software and specialty tools provided by the marina
Maintain accurate work orders, timelines, and communication with the Service Writer and Service Manager
Ensure all work meets ABYC, OEM, and Lakeport Landing quality standards
Assist in mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative team environment
Certified Marine Technician preferred (Mercury and/or Volvo Penta )
2+ years of hands-on marine or mechanical service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical systems
Valid Driver's License and Safe Boater's Certification required
Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to customer service
Pay Range: $22 – $35/hr (or $50k – $70k/year depending on experience)
