The Torch Lounge in Boise, ID is looking for bartenders & cocktail waitresses to join our 31 person strong team. We have two locations in Boise. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

The Torch Lounge & The Torch 2 — Bartenders & Cocktail Servers

Location: Boise, Idaho

Schedule: Day time 1:30 - 8pm Monday - Saturday & Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 PM – 3:00 AM (with potential for additional shifts)

The Torch Lounge, Boise’s premier gentlemen’s club, is hiring  punctual, hard-working, and energetic service pros to join our team. You’ll thrive here if you bring great hospitality, can keep your cool in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering memorable guest experiences in an adult-entertainment venue.

Roles

• Bartender: Crafting cocktails, pour beer/spirits, manage tabs, maintain a clean and organized bar.
• Cocktail Server: Take orders, run drinks, manage sections, upsell features and specials, maintain floor cleanliness.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, upbeat service
• Accurately take and deliver drink orders; handle cash/credit transactions
• Follow all alcohol service and ID-checking laws
• Keep bar/floor stocked, clean
• Work collaboratively with security, entertainers, and management
• Adhere to venue dress code and professional appearance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 21+(required for alcohol service)
• Reliability and on-time attendance for shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Cash-handling accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience preferred but not required —we’ll train the right people
• Comfort working in an adult-entertainment environment
