We re honored to welcome The Driskill Hotel into the MML family revitalizing Austin s most iconic hotel while honoring its storied past. Within the hotel, The Victorian brings new energy to a timeless space: a reimagined Western pub featuring a two-level barroom, mezzanine lounge, live music, bold cocktails, and elevated fare.

As a Barback at The Victorian, you ll play a vital role in supporting the bar team keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring bartenders have everything they need to deliver excellent service. We re looking for someone hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced bar environment.

What you'll do :

• Restock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas
• Assist bartenders with preparing ingredients and setting up stations
• Collect and wash glassware throughout service
• Remove trash, recyclables, and empty kegs as needed
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to bartenders or management

• Support teammates and complete other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Active TABC certification required
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
