Student Housing or Class A+ Experience Required
Pilots Pointe Apartments Shreveport, LA We're hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager to help lead operations at Pilots Pointe Apartments - a fast-paced, student-centered housing community in Shreveport, LA. If you've worked in student housing or a luxury Class A+ property , know how to manage operations with a customer-first mindset, and thrive in a high-traffic leasing environment, we want to hear from you. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with knowledge of leasing cycles, move-in/move-out workflows, rent collection, and resident retention in a demanding setting. Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $53,000-$58,000 based on experience

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, resident engagement, and leasing strategy
  • Handling resident concerns and service requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Overseeing leasing staff and assisting with training, performance, and scheduling
  • Coordinating move-ins, inspections, renewals, and move-outs efficiently
  • Assisting with rent collection, delinquency management, and reporting
  • Ensuring the property looks top-tier at all times - inside and out
  • Managing vendors and helping track budget performance
  • Leading the office in the General Manager's absence
What You Must Bring
  • At least 2 years of experience in student housing or luxury Class A+ property management
  • A strong grasp of leasing, resident relations, and rent collection practices
  • Confident leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication with both residents and internal teams
  • Proficiency in property management systems (Entrata, ResMan, or similar)
  • A working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and operational compliance
