We boldly go.** **WE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:** **General Assembly:** **Assemble HVAC equipment subassemblies and assemblies utilizing method sheets, wiring diagrams, instruction sheets and other visual aids, etc. Use hoist or manipulators to lift parts. Lift parts without hoists up to 50 lbs.** **Essential Functions of Job** **In order to perform the above-mentioned duties employees must be able to:** **Stretch 50%** **Stoop 50%** **Lifting 50 lbs 25%** **Climbing 1-2 steps 100%** **Climbing 1 flight 5%** **Standing 100%** **Sitting 100%** **Vision 100%** **Exposure to hot/cold 100%** **Hearing 100%** **Taste 0%** **Smell 0%** **S** **tand and walk on concrete 100% minus break times** **Requirements:** + **High School Diploma or GED** + **Availability to work during any shift** + **Pass physical requirements** + **Availability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays** + **We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs that help our employees thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
