Contingent Upon Funding: Not Applicable Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5) If Not a Standard Work Schedule Job Duties and Responsibilities: The position provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling or referring inquiries. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, interviews, and travel arrangements, as well as preparing correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes. The role serves as a liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day operational issues, which may include issuing work orders and coordinating with facilities. Additional duties include assisting with budget preparation and reconciliation, reconciling purchase cards, managing office supplies and requisitions, maintaining databases and records, assisting with the distribution of marketing materials and compiling internal reports. The position also supports management with problem-solving, project coordination, and goal implementation, manages financial transactions as needed, and implements updates to the department’s website. This position manages office work-study students, tracking their time and tasks. Other related administrative duties may be performed as assigned. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
