Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our
finance team in daily accounting and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate should
have a foundational understanding of accounting principles and basic exposure to
GST, Income Tax, and TDS. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a
structured finance environment while contributing to accurate financial
documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, ledger
updates, and bank reconciliations
Support preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) under
supervision
Help maintain compliance records for Income Tax and TDS
Prepare basic financial reports including vouchers, invoices, and payment
summaries
Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and approvals
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and assist in audit
preparations
Stay informed about basic updates in taxation and accounting standards
Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
Familiarity with GST, Income Tax, and TDS processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage routine tasks independently
